If you cancel before work has started on your project, you are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
If work has begun but not been delivered, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress completed. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Once a project has been delivered and approved, refunds are no longer available. However, revision rounds are included with every service as specified on the service page.
Email us at billing@designserviceplatform.com with your order number and reason for the request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days.
